About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled, detail‑driven engineer with strong mechanical ability and a passion for precision craftsmanship. Whether your background is in classic cars, motorsport, performance engineering, or motorcycles, you’ll be joining a workshop where quality and attention to detail define everything we do. Our workshop is particularly busy with air-cooled Porsche engines and classic Aston Martin Engines, so an interest or experience in either or both of these marques would be beneficial for a prospective candidate.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Strip, inspect, assess, and rebuild classic, historic, and performance engines
Diagnose faults and produce clear, detailed technical reports
Set ignition and cam timing and measure compression ratios
Work confidently from technical drawings and engine schematics
Maintain accurate build records and measurements
Use specialist measuring and diagnostic equipment
Support engine dyno testing and running‑in procedures
